Valentine's Day

Here are a few pictures from Valentine's Day.  It was quite the celebration, even though Josh was gone.  It was a celebration because on February 14th, Josh had his last interview for a job.  It was truly a grueling process and we were so excited that it was over.  When he got home, we all breathed a huge sigh of relief and made a party out of it.

All of the kids made a sweet Valentine for Josh, and each of them gave him some balloons.  We made pink cinnamon rolls, a man bouquet from mom, and decorated the room with red and pink to welcome him home. He loved it.

This is so funny to me.  Ha!  I don't know why.

Daniel was not in the mood for pictures but we did it anyways.

This was our Valentine's Day dinner on the night that Josh was gone.  The kids loved that they were heart shaped, not to mention that they were loaded with chocolate chips.

My man bouquet for my man.  He got a kick out of it.
Here we are on the day after Valentine's Day celebrating our sweet daddy being home.
He brought us lots of goodies for the special occasion, and the kids were in heaven.

Andrew, Anna, and Daniel's stuffed animals from their daddy.
Josh and I went out on February 15th to celebrate for Valentine's Day, but it felt more like a celebration for being done with interviews.  We went to Cheesecake Factory first but after learning that their wait time was over 2.5 hours, we decided to try something different.  We ended up at Outback, and it was delicious and super fun.  I love any reason to celebrate with this man.  Happy Valentine's Day everyone....even though it's late.  ;-)
