Christmas 2010

We had an awesome break in GA over the holidays. We loved seeing everyone and spending time together as a family. I blogged a TON so check it all out below. This particular post is of Christmas Day. We always have a big breakfast on our Christmas china. It's really fun, but since you have to wash all of this by hand, it's nice to have it only once a year. ;-) The breakfast was delicious. My mom did a great job decorating everything too. It felt so warm and happy there.

Andrew was trying to get in the spirit of things.

Andrew was in such a good mood on Christmas day. He's so sweet!
Doesn't he just look so peaceful?

Visiting Family

Luckily, Josh and his brother both married Georgia peaches. ;-) Which means that we got to see Greg and Karina while we were visiting my family in GA because they were visiting her family too. It was super fun to see them. Karina is pregnant with a baby girl. She looks amazing! We're so happy for them. It was really to catch up.
Anna liked Greg as soon as he took her "flying" around the house. He stole her heart.

All of us! Cute!
Karina's family lives only about 20 minutes from my brother. After we visited with the Lees we went and saw the Stewarts. It was so fun to get to see everyone. Plus, we got to meet our new little nephew that isn't so little. I thought Andrew was a big boy until I met Jacob. He's got him beat. Jacob is two months older than Andrew and they are both in the 95th percentile for weight. I guess Andrew is trying to catch up with Jacob.

Anna loved giving the cat treats. She still talks about it every time we talk about going to David's house.

Here is my smile smilerson! I love this little guy.

Boy does he look chubby!

Baking Galore

We did a lot of baking while we were in GA. Anna was, of course, in heaven. She pulled up her chair and made sure that she got her turn. She is such a girl; it 's amazing. These pictures make me miss my family.

She loved playing on the piano too. It was cute to watch.

We went to Fantasy in Lights while we were in GA. It's this thing you drive through that is decked out in Christmas lights. There is music and it's just a lot of fun. Anna loved every second of it. We took some video of it and now that we're home, she insists that we watch that video over and over again.

Anna and Daddy stuck their head out of the sunroof to get a better look as we drove. We also made gingerbread houses. We ran out of frosting so improvised and used marshmallow cream. It seemed like a good idea at the time but then all of our decorations began melting off the house. We still had fun though.

Turning 50

My mom turned the big 50 over the break. My dad surprised her with a big party at our favorite restaurant. She was totally surprised and really happy about how everything turned out. I love my mom so much. She truly is the most perfect, wonderful mom in the whole world. She has taught me so much and I hope I can be like her one day. Happy Birthday Mom.

Happy Anniversary to Us

Over the break, Josh and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary. It was the perfect day, and it has been a perfect three years. I truly married my best friend. I love Josh more than anything in the world. He is my greatest blessing.
