Josh Got Older

Josh turned 31 back in April.  It's always fun to celebrate someone you love.  We had a fun day with a special breakfast, balloons at his office for lunch, and eating out for dinner.  It seems that September and October are busy months for birthdays, so I'm glad that Josh's birthday is all the way in April.

We went to the Flying Bear for dinner.  It was really good!  Now, every time we pass it in the car, the kids get so excited and talk on and on about that night.

Jenna just looks so content sitting on her daddy's lap.  So sweet.
I love how everyone's face is in this picture.  Clearly, we have great little helpers.
I left out two of the rooms I photographed when I posted our house pictures.  I thought I would add them in now.  Our laundry room was painted a really ugly, dirty looking yellow color.  I never liked it.  After we painted and decorated this room, it totally felt calm and clean.  I love how it turned out.  This pretty much sums up my taste in design.  Simple.  Clean.  Comfortable.
I know this isn't a great photograph but I wanted to show my "dirty" pictures.  I love how they turned out.
 My helpers for the day.

I also left out Andrew's bathroom.  This was the first room we decorated.  I went with a nautical theme, and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.  I still want to get a cute circular roped mirror to hang on the door but I haven't found just the right one.

There ya have it folks.
