A Few Fun Pictures

The Father and Sons camp out has been the highlight of these little boys' lives.  This is their third time going and they are pretty much obsessed with it.  Check out Andrew's sweet camping list.  That happy sunshine pretty much sums up the whole experience for him.  (He spelled all of this by himself, btw).
Tallahassee did a great job of organizing this event.  I think the canoeing was the boys' favorite.  Eating marshmallows, building fires, and throwing rocks into the river comes in a really close second.
 Such little babies.
This is Daniel's sweet friend, Ryan.  Those two boys are the best!  I have loved watching them grow to be such good friends.  The even kind of look alike.  They were also in the same preschool group.  Camping in the tent next to your BFF is the best. ;-)

 Boys love to get dirty.
Eating in the mess hall for breakfast.

Isn't that scenery amazing!  I love it.
On another note, Jenna finally got enough hair for me to pull it back into a ponytail.  It was a happy day.  This was taken a few months ago.  It's grown quite a bit since then so we don't have to put quite as much hairspray in it to hold everything together.  I love babies with ponytails.  It's the sweetest!

Jenna is one happy, happy baby....unless you try to take what is hers, of course!

My camera lens saw the end of its life so I had to buy a new one.  I took these pictures just so I could try it out.  I love the lens and am really happy with how it helps my photographs.

I begged and begged and pleaded for a smile and all I got were crazy faces.  Now, looking back, I'm so glad this is all I got.  Daniel definitely keeps us laughing.

Josh claims that brushing the kids' teeth is his least favorite part about being a parent.  At least Jenna wasn't being a stinker about it this night.

We took one last trip to the beach before we moved.  The water was freezing but it was a great day!

I seriously doubt that I will ever love any beach more than these white sand, clear and warm water Gulf beaches.  They are absolutely amazing.  We had such a great trip.  We went with our dear friends, the Maulers.  They are such a great family and have four kids the same ages as our kids.  They are one of the sweetest families ever!
Jenna has quite the mane.  I mean, really!  We try to keep it tame but half the time she pulls out her little ponytail and then it just goes nuts.  I love her hair though and wouldn't trade it for a second.
Here are the Maulers, Landon, Melissa, Austin, Cody, Ashley, and Tyler.

Here I am still playing with my lens.  We had fun days like this in our front yard almost every day.  Jenna is obsessed with going outside so we spent a lot of time playing ball in the yard.  She has a really rough childhood, let me tell you.

Our neighborhood hosted a community wide garage sale.  My friend who lives in our neighborhood thought it might be fun for the girls to have a lemonade stand while the traffic was high.  It turned out to be a great morning.  It was actually a little cold and rainy but the kids had a blast.  They made like $26 too.  WAY better than any lemonade stand I ever had growing up.  Anna's friend, Natalie, came over and they decorated a sign for the big day.  We made cinnamon rolls and muffins to go along with the lemonade.  The kids learned how to wave cars down.  I mean seriously, how can you say no to such sweet little faces.  Only the cold hearted could do that.  ;-)
Isn't their sign just darling?  They worked so hard on it.

I am so incredibly glad that I snapped this picture of this amazing lady.  This is Jinger Deason.  She is our primary president and is without doubt the biggest blessing that the Church has to offer.  I've never met someone who has more love for children.  She is so kind and patient and accepting of every child.  She loves those kids with all of her heart.  She wanted to come support the girls and even gave each of them a five dollar tip on top of buying one of everything.  I love her dearly.  My heart aches that I don't get to see her or the rest of my Tallahassee family anymore.
We went inside to count their loot.  I couldn't believe they earned so much money!
Josh took the big kids on a hike a few months back.  They had a great time.  They said the weather was great.  They made a great memory together.
Being silly together is always fun.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!  This makes me laugh so hard.  Jenna looks totally crazy.  Her hair is insane in this picture, but what is so funny is that this is what happens if we tell Jenna no.  She gets her little, tender feelings hurt and she starts to wail.  It always takes her a few minutes to get over it.
She finally couldn't handle it anymore.  She's not sleeping, just still screaming.
